Exercise Physiologist / Sport & Exercise Scientist
Jordan graduated from Southern Cross University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and went on to complete a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2023. Since graduating, Jordan has worked in the aged care community, promoting independence among the ageing population and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team to help older adults remain in their homes for as long as possible.
Jordan is a strong believer in exercise as a form of medicine, and is passionate about using movement to improve quality of life across all stages of health and ageing, with a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their goals and take control of their health and well-being. His approach is centred on education, advocacy, and collaboration, empowering clients to make meaningful, lasting changes.
