Simply stretch was written with the aim of providing a simple full body stretching routine, to help people maintain physical activity. Our bodies are designed to be mobile. The demands of modern society has resulted in many people spending an increasing amount of time not moving. Stretching 2-3 times per week allows us to maintain mobility and relax. It also increases our ability to participate in many physical activity, from picking up the kids or grand kids to playing touch footy on the beach. Move better, feel better.
