WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Initially we require a 30 minute private consultation with a physiotherapist to assess all injuries and to go through what you would like to get out of our Exercise therapy classes. This allows us adequate one on one time to answer any questions and go through the basis of Exercise therapy including breathing techniques and posture. We also perform a real time ultrasound on your pelvic floor and core muscles to see how well they are working and what cues you respond to. For this ultrasound we ask that you have a full bladder.
After your initial consultation you are then able to book in for your Exercise Therapy class. You will receive an individualized program (guided by the physiotherapist) based on your needs. It will include a combination of mat, reformer and cadillac table exercises as well as utilising a variety of other equipment.
On the spot rebates may be available for private health insurance extras.
