What is Intense Pulsed Light.
Intense pulsed light is an advanced light-based technology that is directed at different wavelengths into the skin. The light selectively targets the melanin and blood vessels intern heating them up and destroying the root of the hair, pigmentation or vascular lesion. This is done with out causing damage to the surrounding tissue.
Do you have to live with unsightly hair growth? Are you sick of spending money on waxing? Annoyed about having to wait for that hair to grow between waxes? Suffer from painful ingrown hairs? Over having to shave every two days? Then you need to work on killing the root of that hair with permanent hair reduction.
Minimum 6 treatments required once a month. While not everyone experiences permanent hair removal, most people enjoy long- lasting hair removal, hair reduction and lighter hair re-growth.
Fine lines and Wrinkles
Do you want to help your skin regain it’s youthful appearance? Intense pulsed light activates fibroblasts in the skin which intern increases the production of collagen and elastin which leaves the skin firmer and smoother while improving skin tone and texture.
Minimum 3 to 5 treatments are recommended two weeks apart. A good home care program is recommended for maximum results.
Pigmentation and Sun Damage
You don’t have to live with dark pigmented, sun damage, freckles and brown age spots anymore!!! Intense pulsed light can treat many different types of pigmentation. It is used effectively to reduce pigmentation by breaking up the clumps of melanin.

Redness and Vascular
Facial and nasal spider veins are usually caused by rosacea, sun exposure and also have a genetic basis. When treating blood vessels, the intense pulsed light causes coagulation of the blood vessel, which is then gradually absorbed by the body. Intense pulsed light has been proven to significantly reduce and some times eliminate the redness and flushing in the skin. This includes redness caused by rosacea.
Anywhere from 1 to 6 treatments are needed every 7 to 10 days. A good home care program is recommended for maximum results.
