Our Physiotherapists are passionate about their work. We believe in complete injury management and aim to help you achieve recovery in the shortest time possible.
Exercise Therapy(formerly Pilates)
Exercise Therapy offers you a gentle yet powerful approach to achieving your natural potential for optimal strength, flexibility and stamina. Acquiring balance and equilibrium in one’s body takes a little time and effort, but with the understanding that “less is more,” it is achievable. Exercise Therapy specific exercises target the deep postural muscles to achieve core stability and strength with improved muscle balance.
Physio Fusion
PhysioFUSION is the exercise modality combining 4 treatments in 1, within a 1 hour session. The training utilises machine pilates exercises, physiotherapy techniques, personal training, and yoga-like stretching and meditation exercises.
We teach you how to relax the outside muscles and to use the inside muscles so that we rebuild you form the inside out. Using the correct muscles in the correct order will give you your desired results faster.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a western method of acupuncture that may be used as an adjunct to your physiotherapy treatment. Small, fine needles are inserted into tight portions of the muscle (trigger points) and left in for an allocated period of time. This method may be used during your physiotherapy session to help reduce pain and restore function.
Remedial massage
Remedial massage is a holistic and non-intrusive massage therapy practice, which restores, rehabilitates and revitalizes your body and mind. It involves systematically working with muscles, soft and connective tissues to ease the pain and discomfort of injuries, strains and dysfunctions. Functionally, it allows the body’s natural healing processes to work more effectively.
Massage is not only a treat; it is now well documented that massage helps to reduce stress levels, enhance performance, improve muscle flexibility, promote circulation and provide a sense of well-being and relaxation. Visit this link for more information.
