Our Nutritionist, Kasey, completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition) in 2007 at Queensland’s University of Technology. She also holds a Bachelor degree in Primary Education and utilises this when working with her younger clients.
Kasey can off you advice about food choices to make a healthy lifestyle change and creates personalised food plans based on your likes and dislikes, lifestyle and goals. These plans include a weekly eating plan, recipes, guidelines and educational material. From there she will continue to adjust the plan until you have reached your goal and it is something you can maintain for life.
Her main areas of interest include weight loss, eating to reduce anxiety, depression and stress, pre and post pregnancy and general healthy eating.
She also has created an online One Week Clean-Tox eating program to help your body to rid itself of accumulated toxins, rebalance itself and run more efficiently. This program includes a weekly food plan, recipes, guidelines and shopping list and can be purchased here
